*Kinda motivating environment
*desks are sufficiently spacious and well adjusted
*CHARGING POINT AT YOUR DESK
*not unlimited but sufficient wifi
*service support is best and prompt
*boarding and canteen available
*AC NOT 24 HRS BUT 8 HOURS SO ITS SUFFOCATES IN BETWEEN AS PLACE IS UNDERGROUND.
