★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero management, there is problem of water supply as they claimed during joining 24 hours water supply, there is no proper calculation for electricity and water bills. Just said values asking to pay,
Problem of sharing bathrooms and toilets.
Except wifi, nothing is special in this PG.

Poor management! Water supply problem(They said 24 hours, sometime problem arises in the morning). Electricity goes off sometimes during the weekend, might persist full day/night). No generators installed. Washroom door broken. High electricity bill even if you don't use AC(They need to check the wiring)
Found much deduction when got deposit.

But fortunately one of my office collegue suggested me about this p.g. in ghansoli. The first impression I got after I stepped into this property was clean and well maintained with good people managing it. This is the property i stay in and m getting a very good service. Thank u.

PROS:
•24×7 Electricity
•Clean rooms
•Dinner facility
•Water purifier
•TV
•Fridge
•Washing machine
•AC
•Proper Management
•CCTV camera and Biometric lock on main door
•Common area(Dining area)
CONS:
•Cooking is not allowed
If you are looking for a PG in this area.. I would definitely recommend this.
