★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended: We ordered a table top ice cream machine BQL-118. Instead Sol Pack Systems delivered a heavy floor model BQL-818 which we have no use for. The company does not respond to e-mails or phone calls. Our advise: Find another supplier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner as well as the head staff are just irrestible. The owner is a thug once you buy anything from them. Will charge you in 1000's even for a needle. Ridiculous product and service suppliers.
Rather buy machinery from Delhi or Gujarat.

Worst person to deal with. Never buy machines from them because once you buy it, they will loot you for warranties, repairs etc.
The owner is a hell of a thug! Biggest business cheat. No customer value at all. And all these big good reviews here are just fake.
