It won’t be exaggerating if I concise him the cynosure of SHC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is really nice. all the trainers are well qualified they are knowledgeable. Machinery are extremely good and they do activities like yoga sessions , bhangra sessions etc. and the fee structure are also reasonable.

The trainer which is appointed by owner is really lazy in looking.
Moreover the gym is having less space in it..
You cant even walk if someone is standing in your way.
Machines are really good but i thing a more space can increase its members

It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations.

Cardio and weights zones are on different floors.
Crowd in the gym is also quite good ✌?
