Worked with MD directly and within 3 months(during H-1in October), I have decided to quite because of MD’s behaviour. As per MD’s own words that time : people switch from the company cause they don’t like their bosses, he was actually correct. Worst experience, management want themselves to be get flattered.

Although shopfloor is traditional in looks, but systems are strong. This is a unionized company, but the union here is very calm and supportive. Management support new initiatives.
