★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop owner is very rude,, cake bread was very hard and dry,, cake was not fresh at all. Given 1500 inr but quality is not up to mark. Although everyday was not same day but shop owner was not able to listen at all.. this is my last purchase from sona bakers tilak nagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 24th April 2022, I booked a customised cake and the cake they provide was not good, (same cake few months before when I ordered was much better)
Also, when I raised my concern then the senior staff told me- "jao mam, jaake cake enjoy kro"
I am an old customer of this bakery and my entire family, friends bought from this place mostly expensive cakes) but going forward we won't purchase from here. Very upset for the first time (with behaviour and cake both )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service by sona Bakers, using bad words with every customer, yesterday's story(03-01-22), I was standing to order a cake worth rs 1200 every thing has been fixed, but as I saw the behaviour of owners and his staff to other customers, the customer was asking for a carry bag to carry the cake, owner refuses to give, then they don't have swipe debit card machine the language was too rude. And he was not ashamed of his behaviour (also he said don't come to our shop again),

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a customised cake and did not have my hopes high but what I received was absolutely great. The taste was so good and the decorations too. Not too sweet which is what i wanted.
The Baker was also very empathetic. Thanks to him too.

They have spoiled my baby's 1st birthday party quality of cake was poor so not sure if all others are paid reviews. I have ordered from this shop after reading all the reviews but unfortunately we can't relay on google reviews as well. Please don't order from this shop if you need theme cake.
