★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Collection of imported papers but very slow in counter sales customer handling. Very careless front desk staff every time my office boy has to wait atleast half an hour to buy the papers & despite being a cash counter we have to always carry exact amount or else they will give a credit note to adjust in future. Sometimes they have their staff meeting in office hours, so the customer has to go back or wait for the meeting to get over. Overall good quality papers but bad quality salesmanship.
