SONADI ANIMAL CARE CENTER - New Delhi

Very good charity and doctor is very hard working. Have saved the lives of many of my street dogs and have saved the lives of my own dog, this charity is very good and it treats stray dogs for free. Thnku so much sonadi doctors am gald

Admitted stray dog of my society on 6th Jan as he was unable to eat anything. The lady there asked for donation and I gave them 500 to take care of him and told them I will take him back once he’s fine. On 7th Jan morning I visited there to see him and got to know that he’s dead. They even don’t bother to inform us. When I took him there he is not in condition to die but don’t know what they did with him that he can’t survive for 1 night. I am sure they kill him and when I went there he was in a dustbin. Now I regret my decision to take my dog there. Please don’t take your dogs at this place. They don’t have doctors at all.

Well I hate that I took this decision to leave my dog at sonadi. This shelter should not even exsist. On 15 August I found a dog seriously injured in delhi cantt area. It took my 3-4 hours to find a ambulance (as it was holiday) when I could finally arrange the transportation the guy named Karan (who don't even know how to talk to people) asked for rs 2000 to take the pet to the shelter and for other treatment charges ( for which we didn't even get the reciept) and said that he'll take the dog to sonadi. Since we had no choice (as sanjay gandhi shelter is not taking any animals currently) we decided to go for sonadi for faster treatment. So on 16th august dog reached the shelter and karan sent us the tag of the dog and image of him getting treated. On the same day in the evening I decided to visit the shelter to see the dog myself. Upon reaching the lady ( apparently the owner) said that we are not allowed to see the dog and instead they'll share the image with us. Another lady helping the dog there name Geeta went inside and got few images and videos in 20-25 mins. We requested Geeta to keep us updated about the dog and as we live far it's quite difficult for us to come on daily basis to check on dog. For next 2-3 days of following up she sent us the image and said that the dog is recovering, but she never shared images saying that she's busy or she forgot or that she'll share it later on. We decided to get the dog back to his original place but karan was not available. Today on 26 August when we finally connected with karan and asked him to get the dog back he said that he'll get him back. We also contacted geeta and asked for the list of medicines. All this while Geeta said the dog is fine and she'll share the medicine list ( at 11a.m.) and after 1 hour we get a call from her saying that the dog just died. I mean all this while the dog was recovering and the day we decided to get the dog back he died. When I called her asking for the burial images she said it takes 5000 rs for proper burial and that we never wanted to keep the dog at first but since you got him we had no choice and sending images is not our duty. I have no words to explain what a horror this place is for animals. Every person here is just making money by asking for the money for transportation and admission and the killing the dog. I am so disheartened and disappointed. I wish we had more better place for dogs. Don't ever send your dog here you won't get to see them again.

Doing god's work here. Always available.They treat street dogs for free and for pet dogs they will charge you. So many dogs there without home. If watching this please adopt.❤️

Very good experience ...I took a street puppy there ..really such a grt work we all must do something for that place with charity or food for all dogs who live their...such a get work sachi charity in bezuban ke lie jo apne lie khana maang bhinai sakte nahi apna dard bta sakte hai ..I salute to that lady who is the founder of that shelter....

Hi all I went to Sonadi trust to admit a stray female dog . It was heart touching to see so many animals specially dogs who are abandoned by the society . They could easily live in streets if Indian community would be a little sympathetic and humane . The same case was this dog , beaten by neighbourhood children n adults, shunning her away , throwing stones and what not she underwent . I had huge fights with everyone each day ..but her health deteriorating. After coming to this place all my doubts were cleared . I could see happy dogs , good and polite staff , all were busy doing their chores. I wish i could get updates about baby. Her tag is 341 ..black n white baby ..otherwise i m assured .

Best Animal Care Centre...5 out of 5! Doctors are very Caring...Supportive... Treat the pets..like their owns...! Charitable..So they do not Demand single penny...its all up to you to give by your wish ...!

It's a trust working for welfare of dogs. Free of cost treatment for stray dogs . Doctors here are very good and know how to take care of dogs ✌? May god bless them for this divine work
