★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are very sweet and decent till you place the order. They will just display everything irrespective of whether they have the stock or not. Once they take the order they will inform that this product there is no stock available or they will end up taking more time delivering the product.
DO NOT BELIEVE THEM AT ALL!
As far as the prices are concerned, they are overly priced. The tiles which were available in other shops for Rs. 70-75 /sqft we ended up paying Rs. 120 /sq ft.

I had a terrible experience dealing with bunch of unprofessional staff specifically the saleswoman. They have everything on display and need advance payments in full. At the time of delivery i.e. after 2-3 months after I called them about my order, they do not deliver all items and if you do not check your order thoroughly then you might get cheated as well due to missing items from the list. I am still waiting for my complete order and I would consider myself lucky if they refund me for unavailability of Jaquar and Kohler sanitary items. SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Person attenting the tiles is extremely non supportive. He discourages you to shop. Does not provide the information. No one bothers to show and assists you. They have variety but Zero service. The person is arrogant. For delivery they took 200 rs and with that it is also not delivered to door. Tiles were kept 10 fts away from society lift.
With the given experience, I will never visit here to get treated as if it is the only shop and we are the only need to purchase the tiles.

We bought the whole house tiles from them and it turned out they have cheap quality tiles which was delivered for a premium cost charged to us There was discoloration between the tiles. Unless you stand there for each and every tile do not buy from them. They sent people from company who refused to accept the tilea are from different base color.
There are better player in market. Do not go to Sonal Ceramics especially for floor tiles.
