★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. We definitely don’t recommend anyone to do shopping here. Very poor responses from owners and rigidity in their actions & behaviour. Also very less options/ variety for boys dresses.
For some reason, we had to exchange one of the dresses we bought. Their attitude was very dull. While doing exchange process we felt as if we were beggars.

Very bad experience while exchanging a dress we bought, very rude staff and unprofessional attitude..it's looks like we committed a crime by going there again for exchange... No other options while exchanging, you have to take the same dress...the person at the billing counter was acting as if he is the god of this universe...on earlier dress we got 5 percent discount, but while exchanging he didn't give any discount, we have to pay the difference amount and the discounted price back as well...the discounted amount was Rs. 60, and looks like they want to get it back because we were there for exchange...shame on these people, they don't have any ethics... I paid it back though...never ever recommend this place to anyone else...such establishments never ever grow by exploiting customers....
