★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are not at all cordial...there are no transperency in their approach..wrongly alloted rooms...no body is there to help...we are visiting puri with 10 people most of them are senior citizen....simply disgusted...this is the last time we are booking this hotel...every boarders are facing the same problem here
