★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a very upset with today’s behaviour. I bought a shoe of RS 2300 3 weeks before and the sole of the shoe is all damaged. I always drive a car never used a bike so there is no chance of getting the shoe damaged. Today when I visited the shop one sales person asked me to leave the shoe for a week to repair. They gave me a damaged piece and now they are refusing to change or help. Worst experience never buy anything from them. Bad bad customer service

I have purchased two pair of heels, at the time of buying they told me for six month repairing policy but they guys didn't support and took a month to repair my broken heels, after sale service 00, will never ever buy again and not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class after sales service. I bought a pair of shoes which was not used even for one whole day but it had nail came out and injured my leg. Instead of replacing the shoes, they straight away denied changing it because it is used for one day. They can fix it but we will be first dropping the shoes at the shop and then pick up. No apologies from either their faces or in words. Ridiculous.
