Don't register with him. If made a mistake get it transferred by lodging complaint in PG PORTAL Or CPGRAMS.
He doesn't need any star. Zero star is worth to him/distributor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, gas cylinders needed to be brought here to exchange it with a filled one as it probably provides no home delivery. Very rude behaviour of the staff. The staff always asks for money for nothing. The shop does not obey government laws on buying gas stoves from the gas dealer, as, if you do not buy the stove from there, you will not get the cylinder subscription. Hated it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ always book and get msg alert that your booking is canceled due to return thrice where in no one comes. Always have to leave my work and go to there office to get one. Why dont Indane Gas company change after so many people complaining. Earlier my distributor was Nedus never faced problem with delivery but since indane without informing us changed to Sonar Bangla never received gas. On top of it the worst part is there numbers are never working so u have no option except to skip your important work and run behind his corrupted people.

The worst and the most unprofessional gas distributor in Kolkata.
Go for Jiban Jyoti instead, they have excellent service and good coverage.
An insult to the phrase "Sonar Bangla". Its a huge disgrace that a reputed organization such as Indian Oil ties up with cheap and lowly distributors of this kind.
