★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though I have gone through the negative reviews, as I heard that the designs they sell are excellent and the quality re also really good so I decide to atleast visit them once to check their quality and design. But the behaviour of the owner (director) was very down to earth. Also all the staffs very very helpful. One thing I can assure you is that don't go through the negative reviews; the designs that they sell, you will never find it anywhere else. Also the wastage they charge is as per current market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience !! I was a regular customer here one fine day one of the staff disagreed to sale me ornaments.
Reasons
I shortlisted few ornaments among which one of the product wastage was more to me so initially i requested them that i did purchase this before and now you people are charging me more .. so i dropped the selected ornaments... after 30 minutes when i returned to buy the other shortlisted ornaments the staff disagreed to sale me the item .He said in a very rude voice " apnake mal bikri korbo na " as if he owns the shop ... and from there on i suggest people not to go at sonar bangla .. i requested him "sir look i felt one of the products wastage was more so i decided not to purchase that but other rates were fine ... but the staff was nit willing to sell any of the ornaments to me ... i being a consumer should have the right which one to buy and which one to drop ... such pathetic staff they have
