★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My nearest bazar is the Jora Bridge Bazar, Santoshpur but I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the Mutton available in this market..One of my friends told me about this Meat Shop located adjacent to the Santoshpur Pouro Bazar..So.one morning I woke up and reached this meat Shop where a young man was manning the counter..Frankly speaking I am fond of eating mutton but can't differentiate between good and average quality meat and I told the young man on the counter the same..The young man on the counter assured me of the quality of meat and trust me, he may be mincing meat but he wasn't mincing his words..Convinced, I bought the meat and headed back home where two of the biggest culinary critics were waiting for me- my Bongo wife and mother-in-law..Skeptically, I handed over the meat and began waiting patiently for the Final Judgement..And the judgement was unanimous-Superb Quality..On the basis of the 3 parameters of Smell, Taste & Tenderness- 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way for me..
