Payment machine not working.
No Google pay, phone pay options for payment. I need find ATM for that.
Staff was so arrogant not mature enough to handle customer.
They consider their customer very granted.
One needful old lady visited shop for return the ornaments but they refused to pay her stating hamare pass cash nhi hai. The lady was very frastate left shop with tears in her eyes.
@Sonsapha management-don't you have little cash in buffer for such cases. Inspite of that I saw poster in shop on 30% cash return and promising good customer service.
I understand pandemic ruin all businesses however one genuine feedback help you on the same.
