★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to sonex imaging center today for OPG and lateral cephalogram. When I paid for the x-rays, the receptionist didn't give me change back.. when I reminded him about the change, he just said he had paid me back... The importance is not about money, which is really a petty issue .. the problem was the attitude of the receptionist.. I think it's very important to respect the patient's opinion and not disrespect them..
