If I would have option to give zero star or no start I would choose it. They lied regarding the price.They told that the Swiss nail polish is Rs.150 When it is Rs. 99 on Amazon. very bad shop. They didn't gave bill also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and highly unprofessional staff and owner. The female staff at their store is untrained possess some serious behavioral issues. They picked up a fight with me right before my wedding day over false claims of refusal of advance payment and even refused to issue a receipt! They work purely on cash and refuse to provide receipts to customers, which is highly questionable as per law too.
The owner is equally a bully and does not even know how to attend his customers, so its impossible to expect professionalism from such rookies.
My regret trusting these people for my wedding jewellery!
Would never recommend any bride-to-be to visit these guys and rent their wedding jewellery!

I took a product and came all the way from my house two times to get it returned and they did not return it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been regular customers of the store for the past more than 7 years now. They are usually well stocked on the cosmetics and knick knacks like hosiery products and lingerie too apart from even pharmacy products.
After the COVID lockdown they have again re-opened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service ! They don't give the bill and if they forget to put an item in the bag , the customer will be blamed for it . Buy online , atleast theres an official document btw the customer and the business . Dont blame the customer if u cant give the bill and show a proof
