★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience of having availed their service. They're a bunch of thorough unprofessional, rude, and ill-mannered people who doesn't value their customer and work. I was utterly disappointed when they failed to meet repeated instructions in terms of specifications with respect to the photo I needed to apply for Australian Passport. The photo they made was for visa not passport. Not only did they ignore the instructions but they argued with me.
