★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 21st June I had a very bad experience in Sonkhya Hospital.
The staff is rude and misbehaves and so on the top of everything dr.S. Sonkhya who is the head is not willing to listen to the issue created my their staff, rather he said "my staff cannot be rude" and you are angry unnecessarily.
I am in extremely unwell state, took prior appointment and was on time and they did not let me have my appointment on time kept me waiting.
The whole dispute happend due to 300 rupees payment.
I have done the payment via UPI and staff told me they didnt not receive the money and so doctor will not see me.
I showed them my TXN ID and the money deduction msg
They stressed me out, for 300 rupees in my bad health.
Things got at ease when Dr. Nishi intervened into the situation, after sometime they confirmed they have received the money.
My question is, does any patient should go through such treatment. And, then they talk about propaganda of violence against doctors...
What about the treatment given to the patients who is medically unfit.
And secondly in such times why they dont have better payment facilities like card machines is it because they want to keep their books clean.
Kindly avoid Dr.S.Sonkhya as he has NO decency how to talk to a patient in bad health.
