★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are good for what they are advertising, buying things on installments. For Direct Purchase they don't even care customers after customers paid the amount. Fridge been delivered with only one person, not even instructed how to unpack and use. While delivering product got damaged slightly. Who will have hassle of recontacting them and returning the Product. Totally unsatisfied Purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. We bought the whirlpool refrigerator 8-May-21 and received the delivery on 10-May-21. We identified that the fridge portion and the vegetables compartment are not getting cooled and immediately we contacted the Sonovision person. Since then no technician has reached us to check nor any other solution has been offered to us. It's already 25-May-21. It is ridiculous service they are offering. Think before purchasing something from them. Still awaiting for resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Sale executive service : few days ago during dussura my friend bought a product from this shop and sale executive quoted XXXX price so he bought it. Today I went to the same executive asked same product for same price which we bought last time. I showed all of the details of same product which we made a payment last time. He didn't even convinced and ignored us and not responding to us . finally wasted our valuable time. Whoever the head of shop, teach your executives how to respond to a customer.
