Also the transport people asked for extra charge even after paying transportation charges

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience with this showroom guys. I have raised a complaint regarding refrigerator before 4 days but no one attended to resolve it. If we call them, the person saying that the technician was already in location but he will not come to resolve the problem. So irritating thing is every time we call, they lies and cheating the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to visit the stores in the city, These people are very unprofessional and the ambience is not upto the mark, Inexperienced executives and no warm welcome to the customers; we were there to purchase the washing machine but the price are 10-15 % higher than the city showrooms. This is the 3rd time I’m comparing their products and prices with the other competitors, I’m not talking about online it is much cheaper than the sono vision PM Palem.
