★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sonpur Junction is a place where a large crowd is gathered whenever it is the time for the world largest animal fair which is popularly known as sonpur pashu mela . By the way, this Junction is neat, clean and well managed .

From here sonpur mela is approx 400 mtr.
Alot of Autos are available for patna an nearer places.
Paid toilets are available.
Train goes in all direction.
Auto from sonpur junction to patna is approx 300 ,in reserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There isn't much outside the station but the station is really very beautiful. I had to catch a train to chhapra to I came here ftom patna airport . The station infra is really good for a small town but the shops outside and any eating options are very limited. I was feeling a bit insecure outside initially but people were friendly and helpful. There are stalls inside the station and you will get everything there.
