Vary arrogant , also he promised to repair my phone by 1 week but now its been over a month and he hasn't repaired it yet.

One of the worst mobile service provider I've ever been to.. There is zero coordination among their own staff.. Their is no politeness in them, no sense of duty and all. I gave my honor 9 lite on 25th of January as it wasn't charging. They checked it and said that battery and back panel needs to be replaced. The guy whom I was telling the problem wrote down on a paper and said to collect your mobile by 29th of Jan at the max. On 27th I called them at around 11 AM for the status. The guy who answered the call rudely replied that the battery and back panel part will be ordered today. I asked them if I'll get it by Wednesday they said yes and hung up the call. On 29th they said your part has been ordered and we will receive it by tomorrow and then we will just assemble it. But I never got the call and they also stop attending my phone. On 31st I reached to their office and asked them to return me my phone. They refused to give me back my mobile as I didn't provide them the so called hand written job sheet that they gave me. The Job sheet is nothing but that hand written paper. I asked the representative to call his manager as I wanted to have a face to face conversation. Suddenly another guy rushed in and said sir your phone is ready and it is couriered from Patna and will reach here soon. I asked if the phone has repaired or not. He said yes it's done. I said ok. After a while, in the evening I called that guy again and asked if the parcel has arrived or not. To this he said yes but YOUR HANDSET REPAIRING WERE COSTING TOO MUCH AND IT HAS SOME INTERNAL DAMAGE AS WELL SO IT ISN'T REPAIRED. Next morning i reached the office and asked why were you telling me earlier that it is fixed. to that they just kept mum. I called honor customer care from there and narrated them the whole scenario. Before receiving the mobile from there, I asked them to plug it in so i can check if it is switching on or not (As my mobile assist direct supply of power ) but to my surprise, it wasn't turning on. Now you decide whether you want to give your phone here for repairing or not. P. S- My cell didn't had any internal damage. I have all the recordings of our conversations and documents to stand my point.

Worst experience . Everyone is busy with themselves . I had given my phone just to replace the battery and they told me to come after 7 days . When i called after 7 days , they said that it was transferred to gionee home center and will take more 7 days (this was done without informing me ) . Still i got no call or updates . I finally approached them after 30 days and they said that its done . I send my friend to collect the handset with the documents as i was in different city , considering that they took 30 days still they expect me to come and collect the handset and denied giving it to my friend who had the documents with him . So overall i had my worst experience here . Would not recommend to anyone . Street mobile stores have better service (*with zero service charges) .
