The shopkeepers not only talks rudely but speaks offensively. I could've easily bought it online and returned it if it was faulty.
What can you expect from erstwhile pirated DVD seller.
These guys should know that online won over retail for their service.
I have pledged I'll not buy any non-urgent item offline anymore. Just online.
