★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually i want to give minus 5 star for the service but Google do not allow us . I had give music system for repair but exactly after one month they told part is unavailable the person who speaks on call is also very rude they will keep u waiting and also they won't pick your call for few time. They will just bluff u that they are working and will give product within 2 days so if your smart enough find any local shop or other service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their staff is not only incompetent but indecent as well. They will make you wait for a long time at their premises without attending to your problem/service request. My advice is to find better SONY service centers now available in Navi Mumbai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good courteous staff. My issue was regarding a wireless headset which was dead within warranty.
The two women on the counter were very cooperative, soft-spoken and addrssed my query with patience and smile. Even offered their assistance in getting my bill downloaded on their system since I had not carried it.
Replaced my headset immediately on the next day with a brand new one.
I am very satisfied with the service offered by this Service Centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed to sony vashi service center. Communication is not proper , repair person not solving problems he say you go to Home and I checked and informed. But I told to this person you checked I wait 1 or 2 hours and informed me what's problem but he not understand and returns my Sony cybershot camera.
Very disappointed to your services.

They wont resolve anything. We are asked to carry our product to their Office.
The worst experience.
MH71D .Music system...blue tooth is damaged in just a year of purchase..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic single Star for both this service center and SONY services under warranty. Sony to end model ~70K 49" TV bought in October 2020 got display issues within 9-10months of use. We called the service team they nicely took the TV in 1st week of September 2021 and now we are in October 2021 still not clue where the TV is and whats happening. Every day I call them, most of the time they dont pic and the time they pick they give false promise of 100% aaj sham ko aa jayega sir.
Sony itself is not interested in how its authorized vendors are treating their customers, neither they have any tracking mechanism of updating.
Too bad, suggest to skip Sony products. Samsung is really good in giving best products and after sales as well.
