I met Mr. Jasraj Singh and he extended help and support to the very last mile. Bit of Parking problem to reach the place, but that's okay if you end up meeting Genuine SONY SERVICE Center representatives. Though parking issue is there, you will find Absolutely Genuine Sony Customer Service support at Star Electronics ( Sony Naraina Service Center).
