★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of Mr Chouhan at the store.
I made a prebooking at their store of PS5 in July, 2021. They took 50% advance then and there and confirmed delivery in September 1st week. They said that it may be possible before that also.
But when I called them in August mid,none used to pick up the call. Then in September I somehow managed to get through and connected to Mr. Chauhan. He has to be the worst and most rude person of them all. A customer has made payment to your store Mr. Chauhan of their hard earned money without even receiving 5% of the product or service, and this guy had the guts to say “sir abhi busy hun baad mein call karna”. Then when I called again he disconnected the call immediately. Finally when he spoke it were words of distrust and mischief. Mentioning that “We will not be able to provide you the PS this month. It will be delivered in October or November.” Having being trying to follow up with them since the past two months against my advance this is the most these guys could speak of. Ridiculous.
If you dont have the products why do you take prebooking. Is it to speculate in the market with our hard earned money?
I strongly advise not to visit this store ever. Ridiculous service and pathetic staff and management.
UPDATE: As per Sony Centre request sharing my booking reference number : 14418. Booking made on July 06, 2021. Hope to find a redressal to this significant inconvenience caused from your side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store to get a PS5 to surprise my younger brother, and their staff helped me in making a decision. One of their employees explained every detail to me because I didn't know much about it.
I've purchased a number of products from this store and have never been disappointed or had any complaints about the products or the staff. They are excellent at dealing with customers. I would recommend this store to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever buy anything from this place.The owner is rude and the staff is rude as well.I ordered a ps5 online from shopatsc and these people became the supplier of the ps5.They call me to their shop(45 min one way) despite me telling them to deliver it to my home. Upon arriving there a staff named Rajiv told me my order is on hold.Apparently this sort of behavior is nothing new for them because I read all the reviews over here.After 20 days of back and forth with Sony they finally got me one from AARCO One.I would highly recommend that you get any Sony products from AARCO One.This shop will ruin your experience of Sony products and their owner Manish Chouhan will also coerce you into canceling your orders(especially PS5) so he can fulfill offline orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my worst experiences with any store I have ever had.
I had booked a PS5 from this store in Jan with payment of Rs 25,000 (50%). That time the store manager told me that he will fulfill the order in Feb end. After that every month he kept saying restock is coming next month.
Now after 4 months, when I went to collect my PS5 and he forced to buy 2 games and said it's the instructions from the company (Sony) and we will cancel your order if you don't want to buy a game. So he forced me to buy games at full price (Rs 5,000) which are already available on Amazon and Flipkart on discount. I managed to get out of the situation by saying I don't have enough money for 2 games so I bought one game.
This is very anti-consumer and unethical that a store manager is forcing you to buy a game and not letting you buy the console without it. I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from their store.

I bought a Television from there and they even helped with the delivery. Authentic sony products. Could be a one stop shop for brand loyalists of sony.
