★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. I visited this place for home theatre demo. I liked that product and paid full payment. New product wasn't available in showroom. They said to me, they will deliver the product at home. Finally they delivered it around 11:30 pm. It took 20 phone calls and 7 hours to deliver that box. My house is around 5 kilometer away from showroom...
Real problem start now. When I opened this box. I saw some scratches on the product. I made a phone call in the store. when I asked them about the product. they said they have delivered they demo box because there was no new box available in the store. I asked them for new box. After hundred of excuses and alot of phone calls they called me after 5 or 6 days and asked to pick the product from sony center from sector 35.
So now I thought to share my experience with other people

MRP of PS4 was R.s 29,990/- , they told me they will give 2% discount but finally sold me product at 29,990 saying that instead of paying 30500 by Card, they will not charge 2% extra. The Maximum Retail Price of Product is 29,990 including All taxes, how can they even sell anything above MRP even after charging both GST. Feeling Cheated.
2. They didn't provide me bill saying the server is down, in review section i have seen lot of people complaining about same thing even few months back. I called Store many times they didn't pick up call then I had to call Sony customer care to get bill on WhatsApp.
3. Ps4 1TB Slim on Sony Store Online shopping site is being sold at 26,990/-(without games). My mistake was that i trusted physical shopping than online shopping. On amazon its at 27,990/-(same 4 game bundle).
4. They have their store in Chandigarh(35sec) too, i will never buy anything from these cheaters and will advice all my friends and you guys not to buy anything from them. There are better electronic shops in sector 22 and in case of Gaming Consoles better go for Online purchasing, you will get discounts and you can return product in case of any problem.

Product sold with missing items and issues with installation. No support from vendor or sony support.
Very poor post sales experience after just 3 days of purchase
Chasing sony support team for return/refund. Would not advise to purchase any Sony products from this retail store
