★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience any paying customer could ever go through . Do not visit this place or buy any products from here. The lady who works here is straight up rude and unprofessional. She has no regards to the customers and even demeans them . Disconnects call when I attempted to reach numerous times. I even have call recordings to prove how low they can stoop to not be of any help to a customer. PLEASE VISIT SOME OTHER CENTERS. I have raised an escalation with Sony India support and shared the call logs .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience a person can ever endure when it comes to enquiries. I was looking to buy a PS5, wasn’t in a hurry. So I gave my name and number and when I was ready to buy the product I contacted the Brigade Road Sony store. Which I had formerly visited. So this person got in contact through the ps5 whats app group and mentioned to message him personally for any queries.when contacted, he started talking all non-sense as if I was begging him to give me a console free of charge also mentioned that people are willing to pay double the amount (don’t know if he actually took it from people if so, it’s illegal). Respecting his age I tried to listen calmly, but this old man kept crossing the line and was disrespectful. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS STORE. ITS A DISGRACE TO SONY’s IMAGE. GOOGLE SHOULD GIVE AN OPTION FOR ZERO STARS! SONY SHOULD TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS MANAGEMENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst experience at the store, that old man there is so rude and so unprofessional, he showed alot of attitude we had gone to enquire about ps5 there.. he acted as if we didn't want to buy anything and had just come for time pass. When asked about the TV he straight up showed as though he didn't want to sell it at all. Who ever that old guy is please get back his senses right!
Extremely rude behaviour wouldn't go back there again.

The installation process was slightly difficult however the management from the store co-ordinated with the installation team & completed the installation. So I would like to give it a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience shopping at the center
