★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to go in Mumbai for any SONY electronics. Sony makes amazing cameras but their distribution network isn't good in India. While trying to buy an a6500 couple of years ago, I called up multiple Sony showrooms & got excuses. Finally came here & they made it happen.
The store placed an order & within a couple of days, I got my camera too. Very pleased with their service. I'll be going back soon to order another lens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted a Christmas gift(Play station 4) for my kid by 25th early morning and I was in Bangalore taking flight for Mumbai on 24 evening. And there was no chance for me to reach Mumbai or any Sony Center before 10 pm (all shop closed). I called Sony center in Kalina from Bangalore airport and if they can help me in some way. Owner of Sony Center Kalina just did some awesome work. He managed home delivery of the playstation 4 and a nicely gift packed one and it reached my home at 10 pm on 24th, before I reached home, and I was able to surprise my kid with Santa gift on Christmas. This is called a real customer delight and experience... Awesome work Sony and Sony Center Kalina. Very very happy.!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super is one word to define this place. Placed an order for a PS4 got it delivered within 30 minutes that too cost me Rs 1000 less than other e Commerce sites. Special thanks to Mr Uday who answered all my questions and put my mind to ease. Hats off to their prompt and professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist doesn't know how to talk with customers and is very arrogant. In-store they seem to behave properly but if you call them, those idiots act like you are going to purchase things without paying them. Sony seriously should remove them
