Actually they are hiking the rates And then gives a discount on that. It's my personal opinion if you are smart then avoid such a place. After all it's your decision nothing much more

Undoubtedly the best Cutlery shop in the city.
But some of the staff here is extremely rude.
The owner should work on giving proper training to their staff members and teach them how to treat customers and how to speak with them.
The staff should guide the customers and take them to the proper counter themselves, instead of just telling them "Go here & Go there"
