β β β β β They donot have the technology to open water resistant phones . They were not able to change Xperia Z5 dual battery . So I went to chandigarh to get the same repaired . You can only vissit this service centre for software repair and repair of non water resistant phones hopefully.

β β β β β Untrained technicians in sony centre.. Whenever i tried to call them, no one answered my call.. They don't have proper equipments to open expensive phones...

β β β β β Sony service now a days is pathetic that they provide service centre to such a unprofessional & untrained people. Seriously Pathetic and unprofessional service center owner/ engineer, went there to clean the sensor of my Sony A7iii and they were using tissue paper to clean the sensor, they scratched the sensor and then saying your sensor is scratched. In past I cleaned the sensor myself many times with proper cleaning solution and full frame swabs but my cleaning solution got finished that's why visited service center that guy didn't even had idea that there is something called cleaning swab. Camera is ruined now.
