★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property dealer is totly fraud. I took a flat thruh him at that time I gave him the brokerage amount. But when I vacant the flat, the lanlord did not provide my entire security amount. Mohit, who is the owner of this sony prprites , said "Let clean the flay than your money back", but after this Mohit stopped picking the call. Later, picking up a call from another number and saying that you have to do flat painting. and bathrrom grouting . Its expense will be RS ****. Do that, your whole money will provide .And now he is saying I do not know anything. You talk to the landlord.
he is only listing what Lanlord said not Tenant bcause you know what benfits he get from landlord .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please never ever go with these property agent. Till now we have shifted from many societies in noida in sec 137 and sec 82, but no landlord has deducted single penny from initial deposit amount. But this time due to Sony properties Mohit (Office is in Supertech Ecociti Studio) almost all deposit was taken back as for repair works.
This guy Mohit is creating mess between landlord and tenants. For the things which belongs to owner,and which were not misused our money was used for repairs. This is very unfair.
May be if you are a landlord ,he may be profitable. But if you are a tenant please don't loose your money,by making agreement with this properties.
I am writing this review because it should not happen with anyone else. So be careful.
