★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst center. The center broke my TV panel and now they are not taking d responsibility. Worst center to fix your TV or laptop. The service is pathetic and the workers r in sophisticated and arrogant.

That guy swapnil dalvi is a fake person
I just called them and I told them I need to repair my tv and he said will take 350rs for visit charge and I agree with it.
Then he came and he was very rude and arrogant in behaviour
I thought they are Sony services but they are local repairing person who Don't have a single knowledge of tv this are the people who are taking the name of Sony to get repairing order
Then he said he will take the tv and repair it within 1-2 days I agree withit
Now he called me and said he will take 3800rs to repair it i said him I don't want to repair then he start speaking rudely
And I said him to give my tv he says pick your tv from his shop
Then i visited his service shop he have a single room beside Shani mandir sitabuldi
And I picked up my tv
This guy will give you the bill in the name of S R electronic and when you google up this you will get nothing
And I contact with another service repairing person and he just changed the wire of my TV and fixed my issue with 100rs only
This are the fraudulent people don't believe in it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such rude behavior on call. They didn't even entertain my request for more than 10 seconds. Said they can't repair my product and hung up. Didn't even explain the reason why or tried to help me. Worst customer service. Shame.

They told a fake reason for my TV repairing and said that my tv can't be reapired you better get the tv exchanged by paying us 38000 rupees...It was very unexpected....but then when I showed my tv to other engineers they get that tv repaired within 2 days....
This was a very unexpected service from Sony...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake Fake Fake. The picture you see with board saying Sony authorised service centre is fake. Their is no shop present like that. Please check.I have mentioned fake 3 times so that it catches your attention. This is a fake Sony service centre. This is not authorised. They will simply take your tv to normal technician who does not know abcd of TV and they will replace the parts of your tv with faulty parts and tell you tv is not repairable. Upon that Mr. Swapnil Dalvi needs a special mention here . He will not receive your call once he has taken your tv. Do not fall for this trap. Please call in toll free no. Of Sony itself.
