β β β β β They are very professional and polite. service is good and quick. Been there for headphones issue twice got new headaphones in few days. They will call you. You can go if you have any Sony product and facing any problem.

If you going for repairing your phone and you take more than one month time for tack back than the company will send your device to secure storage facility , that is a point that i liked it.
Persons works here are answer politely.

Receptionist is too rude to help or even listen to you.
Covid protocols are also not followed.
