I won't recommend this service center to anyone.We went there to get our TV'S adapter.When I called there,the lady on phone said it would cost around 3000-3500.When we went there,the guy on the counter said it will cost anywhere between 3500-4000.But he didn't tell us exact amount.We asked for home delivery(we made rs500 advance payment too).After 1 week of our order,we didn't receive our product.I called there again and asked and the lady on phone said "ohh,home delivery hai,aj hi bhijwati hu" . Haven't got the product yet.But received call from these people saying that the adapter will cost rs4400.Dont go there,they really make fool of you.The same adapter you get for rs3500 and they are changing rs4400.

This is the worst sony service centre i have visited. They dont provide professional service at all. They keep on delaying things and the people working there are not at all professional. They dont even know how to respond when we ask them a question about a product. I have given them my earphone and a charging cable to replace , they costed me 5000 and its been more than 8 months that my earphone has not arrived. Sabse bekaar service hai inn logo ki. Mat jana inke paas. This is my personal opinion.

Very bad Experience with my camera servicing. I suggest photographers to directly submit your cameras to the main Service centre in Sarita Vihar Delhi to avoid delay in recieving it back.

Worst place for service! They just give you false information and just do the worst with your equipments at its best. I gave my Laptop for software servicing and in return I received the laptop, manhandled with the software which doesn't even starts. Paid the whole amount and it just got waste, in vain. They actually don't know how to actually do it. Lack of knowledge! Unethically fraud. Do not give you equipments here for servicing, they will eventually destroy it at its best. Wish I could give zero rating, it doesn't even deserves a number.

Authorised but A fraud service center, beware and think twice before. Had words on call with them they said price for fixing the issue of 6times led error is 700 at center and 1100 at home, after showing the issue and confirming the same, ref- video attached. On call they said there is no parts available it will be repaired. (Sony has no parts for 5 years old 50k tv wow, why to spend money on Sony then). But after reaching at shop they denied and asked for 12500 /- for repair without warranty everyone knows if they will tell 12500 directly no one will come. In 15 k get new tv why will I go there. As I travelled to 15 km in 40 min there, so got it fixed in nearby shop in 2k with 6months warranty.

This is not a service centre made for customers, because there are no such facilities for the customers, like there are no fan, Air Conditioner, cooler or something, you have to handle the heat of the environment by yourself, there are no proper ventilation. There are two desk to attend customers but have Only 1 Customer Care executive, who is just interested in passing the time so that he can complete his daily duty and after that he can go home. He makes excuses so that they don't have to repair or replace our product. They don't provide repair service on Bluetooth Headphones ? They give you just silly offers instead of provide repairs. For Covid-19 precautions There Are No Safety Divider, Not have sanitation facilities.

Have not received and information regarding my product in 7 days .. which they said you will get in 2 days.... Today there so called employee is on off so no status update... imagine a Sony Service Center in this state.. there employee are on off so customer have to wait till he/she comes back... pathetic... but what customer can do nothing because you need there service otherwise you guys will not get warranty ....
