★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is rude and too lazy. They take about a month to diagnose problem and repair. They will broke your product to repair minor problem and it will cost you more. They open centre too late and close early. Its better to go for a local repairer, he will repair cheaply in just one or two day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad response to their customers as during my two time visit both the time I was disappointed with their service. Firstly I went there for a Sony Bravia remote but got negative response. Next I did go to buy a adapter and for some servicing purpose but there also got a disappointing answer and negative response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is Authorised service center of Sony,if there is minor problem is in your phone then first backup all data and then go otherwise without back up data you go,they will tell you to do backup only first then and then only they will take,so first backup all data from your phone and then go for repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Sony XB450ap stoped working after a year as complete 1 year warranty so i called this service center and they nicely shared that if you wanna buy new one you can pay 50 % mrp of the headphones invoice. I registered a simple form and do online payment and within few days they called me that your headphones arrived. I would say the satff is professional and they give you good service. So thank you so much Sony and the service center for your kind services which you provided. ???
