★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This the most pathetic service centre I came across.The reason why I use the word pathetic is they are very irresponsible and not to mention the attitude of the customer service.They took my home theater system for repair and returned it back after 20 days saying they could not fix it coz it was old.This same system I took a few months back in Mumbai service centre and got it service.Now it's not possible for me to go to Mumbai coz I stay in Vasai so was left with no option but to go to local repair shop in Vasai village I took it to a guy called Jerry and explain him the situation he said the Sony so called engineers are all with out any experience thanks in million to this guy (Jerry) from kiravli Vasai village my set is good as new.My humble request to all Sony fans don't go to Sony Vasai service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Sony service center to replace Sony wixb400 which I bought on Amazon, I forgot invoice of the product but they provided me with laptop to login and get invoice PDF from amazon, hardly took 15 mins for my query to resolve and they handed me service job sheet copy which I will take when my product is repaired.
Truly helpful. PS it was a mistake i forgot invoice but you must bring it with you with package box

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an authorised service centre for Sony. My experience was good and the Manager Mr. Anil is well experienced and very cool person who actually understand the customer very well. I have been knowing the service centre for last 6 years. The spares are bit costly but after all it's Sony and you can't expect any discount on that.

Recently had issues with my PS5 controller.
The service center help me replace my faulty controller in very timely manner and on promised time.
They are also very responsive while calling them on phone.
