★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Sony service center can be seen in India.. I was there for repairing my sony camera(about 5years old) shutter button, that was broken. After so much research i went there. They told me that, it will be fixed and I have to pay 700 rupess as their charge. I have never hesitated. After 2weeks they told me to came and collect. I collected and came home. Suddenly after 5-10 shots, The shutter button broken again, and opening the button, i saw they just stuck a hard copper wire instead of a genuine shutter button. I went there again, and asked them why they give such a wire instead of the real product. They started ignoring my words and tried to told me that, it was my fault to capture with the button. That's why it get broken and cames out from the camera. My question was, why don't you give the real product? They didn't answer and was ready to charge me again with 1400(which was double of before) to repair. It is that, how they work. If you love your item, if you want the value, what you pay for, i will suggest you to not to go there. And there was a woman in the fornt desk. She doesn't have any basic knowledge about electronic parts. She is there just to convince customer. When you ask her about anything, she will start to give blame on you, she will teach you how to use your product. Such a nonsense. You can feel that, you are talking to a robot, who is just programmed to tell you to pay the money and nothing. I doubt how sony put some persons in a service center. Now, coming to the point, if you really want your product to be done in a proper and legal way, please don't go there. There are other sony centers, you can go. But, not in barasat helabottola, coloni more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dualsense controller stopped working so I had to visit this service center. The reception lady was so polite and informative and helped me quite efficiently throughout the replacement process. Other people were helpful too. My problem got resolved within the given time. Thank you all!
