★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hostel ever, my sister and friend where staying there, the uncle and aunty are not co-operative as others reviewed, they click pictures of girl secretly, uncle enters room without permission, the food there stinks and it old , they promise a washing machine jo ki chalta nhi hai, AC rooms doesn't have proper AC connection, doesn't return the caution money which is 15000, misbehaves and lies a lot
If these are false allegations then tell me doesn't the owner clicks pictures of girls hanging out with there friends, I was once sitting with my sister and uncle took our picture and showed it to my sis, is this the permission gave by the parents,who allowed you guys to take pictures of tenant hanging out with anyone... And you cut down the power supply of ac during the important times, and about the caution money ,they should be returned when leaving hostel, you guys couldn't find any new tenant doesn't mean that you should keep the caution money... FYI caution money is used if any damage is done to the hostel , but lol lol lol, you guys keep it

And about that grudge and all, i got no grudge on you, but if a parent is spending his hard earned money on your place , at least honour the money, i have seen you quarreling with someone's parent very irrationally, and sir if I am wrong tell me about the reviews of so many other girls and boys also who wrote it, sab to jhut nhi bolenge na

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its such a nice place to stay, study. Unlike other hostels, this hostel provides all efficient requirements, services, extras, on all the above, the food facility. The nature of the owner and his family is really very nice..i dont feel m staying away from home. they help even in case of emergency. I would request people to believe with their eyes, not by some comments mentioned here which is mainly done due to personal grudges or their narrow minds.

Very worst hostel
My wife went through mental Harassment
Asked to leave room with reason that girls does not want to stay with married women as their privacy is hurt. Surprisingly parents are supporting.
Asking 10000 for single room or leave hostel
Owner have misbehaved
Not safe for girls
Covid guidelines not maintained
Cleanliness not maintained
Authorities should take action against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One gunda type man is engaged inside the room for bathroom cleaning and the owner man is always inside , the place not safe for girls . No women care taker is available in reality , night nobidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It feels like home. During my four years of stay in Soubhagya Residency i never felt that i was away from home. I m grateful for finding out such a warm place. All the rooms are well furnished, the food is good, the security is good, they take care of the girls staying there, there are all the basic necessities available for the hostel boarders, including AC, hygienic bathrooms, sitting area on the terrace, and also the location is so safe, there are medicine stores nearby, grocery stores, gym, a park, stationary stores, airport, bus stand, atm, a bank and cafe too. The owner here is a really helpful person. Both uncle and aunty took care of me during my four year stay here, even at a phase of my life where I was really down. Also the most beautiful thing here was the moment when I used to go up to the terrace especially after having a really long and tiring day at my college, staying there reading a novel, enjoying the breeze and the sunset! Sharing some snaps here :)
