The staff boy didnt inform me about the expiry date of the cake and not cordinate with me properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I wanted to order a cake but the person on the other side is least bothered to even answer or reply to whatsapp messages. After 2 days I get a reply that a 1kg cake would cost me 12k??
I never knew their menu had so expensive cakes too.
If you really do not wish to take e-orders atleast have some courtesy to say no at the first place. Rather than keeping someone hanging, just coz they think that it's the nearest cake shop and they'd buy from there for some occasion instead of going somewhere else.
