Staff don't bother for bringing customers demand/medicines. If you want soul pharmacy no 1- PL advise ur staff how to behave with customers

Guys, personal experience, happened with me atleast 3-4 times. They will confirm the order, then when u are completely dependent on them for medicine delivery, they will not deliver your order, stop picking up the calls, and stop replying to your messages even when they are online. Recent experience was at 10:30 PM. When I could go nowhere to buy the medicine. Even when they confirmed at 8 PM that they ll deliver.
Pls pls don't buy from this shop. Even after knowing what kind of business they are running, they will still cheat you. Pathetic experience, worst medicine shop in mayur vihar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am associated with this branch of Soul Pharmacy from the Day 1 launch at Acharya Niketan... Today was my worst experience in terms of behaviour from the manager, Soul Pharmacy. After delaying medicine last day to delay further today and when asked, pointing out my mistake only that I called so late....... I can accept late delivery but not rude behaviour.... God save Soul Pharmacy the kind of people they hire now.
