★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not good and they do not have spacious floor,and owner gives so many word and promises during admission after that he left and inch loss concept is totaly bad ,garia ambience is very bad and too much costly .They are not spending money anything only pay to trainer and he is not good at all.It is not value for money.All bogus.Better is local yoga centre and zumba.They spend money maximum their publicity.But now a days you never see soumen;s workout ad only 2 three flex hang on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place! Soumen will take money for 6 months in advance and never turn up in Garia branch. Trainers are mostly absent . Their technique is good but place is dirty , unhygeinic and no trainers on most of the days. Pls never waste your money here

His exercises are very much appropiate. He concentrate on all the body cores directly and perfectly. He makes me look forward to each session and keeps me motivated to loose more weight with time.
