★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dipankar and his team installed our home Theater system. The choice of system was very carefully analysed and suggested by Dipankar. Worked like a charm. The services were par excellence. We were midway with the installation when the Pandemic happened. Despite that, Dipankar and his team were constantly in touch with updates on pendancies and installation was completed at the first available opportunity with all precautions taken care of. There were some technical challenges too which were personally looked into by Dipankar himself and resolved promptly. We’ve been using it since May end and are very happy and satisfied and also thankful, for we could savour the pleasure of individual and family viewing etc especially during these trying times.
Very professional services. I would totally recommend using Sound Redefined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great products and amazing service. Bought an entire atmos system from them... 7.1 as well as a projector. The system is just unbelievable. The owner Dipankar made me try out a whole bunch of products till we found the perfect system. They have a great team that comes home for installation. The after sales has also been very quick. Overall, I would recommend them highly. You won't find better products anywhere. Believe me i went to many people before i ended up here.

He himself is an audiophiliac and has a very good knowledge about matching of audio gears, starting from speakers, amplifiers, cables, power cords and room acoustics...it must say if we love our job what we do we ll always excel, same applies in his case...I am a good owner of beautiful pair of atc scm 19s and emotiva xpa 3 gen 3...both working flawlessly together...I would recommend Sound Redefined to all from beginners to mature audiophiliacs please go and get demo at least once and experience how sound really gets "Redefined"...thanks again Dipankar...our community must grow!!!..best wishes?

pleasure working with him. After detailed discussions he suggested the perfect combination of speakers and amplifier to suit our requirements. Service was very prompt and professional, at the same time done with passion and warmth.
It's been a month and we are thoroughly enjoying the music system. Dipankar is very knowledgeable about all the products in the market and patiently addresses all your doubts and queries.
One of the best places for audio systems and home theatre in NCR!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to audition hifi systems. Dipankar is very knowledgeable and an audiophile himself, which really helps. I went to audition Dali oberon 3 bookshelves and Dipankar played them with Cambridge audio axr100 stereo receiver.. The match was so good I ended up picking up both!
The other thing I loved was that I had the option to buy the complete solution.. I ordered speaker stands and speaker wire as well.
Now I have a great sounding system as well as a system that looks great too.. Yes the oberon 3s look awesome (I loved the white oak finish) and the axr100 with brushed metal finish looks classic and elegant.
Very happy with my purchase and the experience with Sound Redefined! I whole heartedly recommend this place for hifi audio gear!
