It's located on top floor and the place has no lift
The drum is decent but lacks few symbols
The place has an A.C which works fine too
It's okay for jamming but like any jam pad have limited space but the charges are pretty great (Approx RS 90/hr)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place to jam with your band members in a cheap price. Location is in Baghajatin and its attached with a beautiful terrace. The USP of this place is the rate per hour. Book the place and Go with your band members to get a great jamming session.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not a recording studio, but a jam room. Quiet decent though the drums need more maintenance, and the mics they provide are not good. Good pad to check the stage sound.
