Being a customer, you need to ensure that what you are negotiating for, is documented. Mr. Deepak emphasizes for getting above 70% payment in advance leaving no scope for the customer to ensure that his work is being carried out as per agreed terms. They offer warranty for many years but they DO NOT SHOW UP after month or two of job completion. Mr. Deepak doesn't care to answer your phone calls or whatsapp messages.
The sheer basis of any startup to grow is based on the level of service, the vary trait is missing from their company's agenda.

Firstly their work is not satisfactory, I would rather say a major failure and secondly don't give them the full amount fee as they will never look back to your feedback and complains, this is betrayal.I'm calling them since 8 months but no reply. Mr Deepak don't care to pick up my calls, No work ethics. Please don't go for their service.
