★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one amongst many hotels which provides accommodation for tourist and visitors in Murshidabad.
The connectivity is great as it is located on the road which connects the main market called "Panchraha Bazaar" and "Chowk Market". One can book Tonga or other vehicle from nearby for the trip.
Food is optional. It is adviced to visit a good restaurants nearby for food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to stay with family. Location is fine, otherwise the staffs are not at all friendly, the cleanliness is substandard, bathrooms are smelling really bad. Not recommend anyone for this lodge. There are some good lodges around with equally reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a zero star hotel, no facility, the owner's wife brings her nose in every situation, worst place for bachelors, takes extra charge for room service but no facility available. Never hire toto from hotel because totowala ties up with hotel and takes extra charge. Rooms are also untidy, messy. The owner's wife irritates all of us, she is weird.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most third class experience we have while staying at Sourav Lodge. The proprietor is not at all helpful...he n his wife are very ill mannered person. They didn't kept the box of insulin of one of our tour member of 65 yrs in their refrigerator. Not only this theirs room service is very poor...the room gyesar is not working properly...they didn't change the bed sheet...n clean the room.
Plz think twice before booking at Sourav Lodge at Murshidabad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience in my life!! Never ever come with your family or friends in this disgusting hotel! The owner's don't know how to behave!
Doesn't know how to welcome guests and help them!
The place is noisy too! It is beside the road and you can't sleep properly..
Try some others but never ever stay here! I repeat never!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with lowest price ?? I recommend you to stay Sourav lodge if you are in murshidabad.It is near by Hazarduari palace ❤️ The owner of the hotel is too gentle. Thanks Sourav lodge to give us a good shelter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have turned their own house into a hotel.
Rooms are not clean. They use the bedsheet that Siraj Ud-Daulah used to use. May be they dont wash the bedsheets. During the visit in the winter season, it was quite impossible for me to sleep in their blanket, as the blanket smell really bad.
The owner is ill mannered, as well as his wife. Both of them are polite before you check in, but after that they are very impolite and ill mannered.
They didn't clean our room or toilet during our 3 days stay.
Please avoid it.
