This organization is working for a noble project of peace and regional cooperation among all the eight SAARC countries through education and cultural interaction and sustainable development. The SAF program is to provide scholarships to the students which brings people of different nationalities together and allows them to learn about each others' cultures.

core objective is to promote regional cooperation through Eight UNESCO Madanjeet Singh Institutions of Excellence in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
