Please do not book your travel by this person, at Palam, near Fatak. I books from Delhi to Agra-Mathura and Vrindavan. While, I was assured about a comfortable, multi-axle bus, this person is not responsing properly, as my bus got changed at RK Ashram (while, at Palam Fatak I was provided a better bus initially). Its 29 Dec 2018, chilling cold, and the bus is not having blower/heater. On telephone, he is saying that it's a pitty issue and I should not disturb him.
Moreover, he is charging 100 Rs more per person, than any other service provider. I have written here, so that, before booking, you people could be saved against this fraudulent behavior of this South India Travels.

1. They are UNFIT for handling more persons like 10 to 12 persons
2. They will talk very nicely Till u pay Money After that they don’t even LIFT YOUR CALL
3. They talk to you as if u r there servants and as if they r doing a big favour for us
4. MOST IMPORTANT is they don’t tell u all the details before paying the amount
5. Example: if u need to travel in helicopter they say they will book online and ask to give money after thatIf u ask clearly then they will say U HAVE TO TAKE A TICKET at COUNTER
6. They were very impolite and can’t even talk carefully to the persons
7. Finally, THIS IS A FRAUD TRAVELS , WITH MY BITTER EXPERIENCE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME
